DEN
Den Vital, an internationally recognized Calisthenics judge and former elite gymnast, is a pioneering force in Germany's Calisthenics scene. As the founder of Barliner Workout, he has been instrumental in advancing bodyweight training in Berlin since 2013. He opened the city's first professional Calisthenics facility at the Poststadion in 2015 and launched the global Cali Games. Despite these achievements, Den remains committed to his role as a trainer, focused on helping others reach their full potential through Calisthenics.
YASMIN
Hi, I’m Yasmin! I’ve been training Calisthenics for over three years and specialize in both endurance and weighted Calisthenics. My favorite exercises are pull-ups and muscle-ups.
As a coach, I love working with beginners. My goal is to help you build confidence in your own abilities, enjoy the process of learning new movements, and develop lasting strength and skill.
MAXIM
I'm Maxim, a 21-year-old medical student from Berlin with a passion for calisthenics, sports, and fitness. I've been practicing calisthenics since 2016, focusing primarily on endurance and conditioning – all about the basics and pushing for high rep counts.

I'm Karl, and training has been a core part of my life for 12 years. I'm passionate about helping people progress and grow through challenges.

I'm Tore, a dedicated fitness trainer since 2022, inspired by a transformative journey starting in 2019. I specialize in calisthenics with the Barliner team, focusing on helping others overcome challenges and achieve their fitness goals. I combine effective training methods with a positive mindset to support each individual's path to strength and well-being.
